H.R. Panwar, J. - (1.) By an application being I.A. No. 5629/2008 the petitioners seek to implead Sahiram S/o Teja Ram R/o Magro Ki Dhani (Benan), Gram Panchayat Chodha, Tehsil Bilara as party respondent.
(2.) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the application is allowed and Sahiram S/o Teja Ram is impleaded as party respondent. Amended cause title has been filed, same may be placed at appropriate place in the file.
