JUDGEMENT

AJAY RASTOGI, ASHOK GAUR, JJ. - (1.) Instant appeal is directed against order of the Ld. Single Judge impugned dt.11-1-2017.
(2.) The respondent Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invited applications for award of LPG distributorship for various sites/locations including Mandal in Bhilwara in open category pursuant to advertisement dt.21-9-2013. The appellant was also one of the prospective candidate who applied pursuant to advertisement dt.21-9-2013 and participated in the process.
(3.) His application for award of LPG Distributorship was rejected by IOCL vide its letter dt.24-7-2014 based on site veriification report.;
