DEEPAK MAHESHWARI,J. - (1.) Office has pointed out delay in filing present review petition (D.B. Civil Review Petition No.394/2015) in support thereof separate application has been filed seeking condonation of delay u/S.5 of Limitation.
(2.) After hearing counsel for the parties, we find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained and deserves to be condoned.
(3.) Accordingly, the application seeking condonation of delay u/S.5 of Limitation Act stands allowed and the delay is condoned.;
