Pankaj Bhandari, J. - (1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No.21/2017 was registered at Police Station, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur East (Raj.) for offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B I.P.C.
(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is holding an important post in the State of Rajasthan. There are no chances of petitioner to flee from justice. It is also contended that offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 I.P.C. are not made out against the petitioner. Petitioner is a registered owner of the property and even if he has sold the plot, no offence can be made out against him.;
