JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner-college has been granted recognition by the NRC-NCTE for commencement of two units of 50 students each of the four year integrated
B.A.-B.Ed. B.Sc.-B.Ed. teacher training course in Academic Year 2017-18. In pursuance of the
recognition by the NRC-NCTE, faculty for teaching for the aforesaid four year integrated course has
also been appointed as approved by the Kota University. The petitioner-college now awaits grant of
formal affiliation by the Kota University subject to the NOC by the State Government.
(2.) It is admitted fact that the petitioner sought to apply for grant of NOC to the State Government for the aforesaid course. But in its communication it sought forwarding of its case
for affiliation to the Kota University. The inexactitude of the language in the
petitioner-college's communication dated 08.05.2017 to the State Government appears to have led
to some confusion and delays and the NOC remained pending.
(3.) Be as it may, in the course of arguments, Mr.Suresh Pareek Senior Advocate with Mr.Amit Pareek submitted that vide order dated 06.07.2017 issued by the Commissioner, College Education all
private colleges have been required to complete any deficiencies in their application for grant of
NOC for the teacher training courses for which recognition has been granted by the NRC-NCTE by
31.07.2017. A copy of the order dated 06.07.2017 under the hand of the Commissioner, College Education has been passed over to the Court in the course of the hearing of the petition and also
handed over to Mr.Rajendra Prasad, AAG appearing for the Commissioner, College Education.;
