PANKAJ BHANDARI, J. - (1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No.99/2016 was registered at Police Station Khuskhera, District Alwar for offence under Sections 75 and 79 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act, 2015.
(3.) It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the incident in the factory took place on 14.10.2015. The injured was kept by the contractor and as per the document available with the contractor the injured was major on the date of the incident.;
