Pankaj Bhandari, J. - (1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No.195/2017 was registered at Police Station, Sadar Bundi, Bundi for offence under Sections 420, 406, 120-B I.P.C.
(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the property in question was given for cultivation to the petitioner No.1 on 02.06.2015 by Asha and Pawan. The registered sale deed in favour of the complainant was executed on 04.02.2016 and petitioners have been falsely roped in the matter.;
