- (1.) Instant batch of appeals is directed against order of the Ld. Single Judge impugned dt.26-8-2017.
(2.) However, in one of the appeal (SAW-1319/2017) application has been filed seeking leave of the Court to file appeal.
(3.) After taking note of the submissions made, the application stands allowed & leave is granted.;
