JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the joint request made by the learned counsel for the parties, the hearing of the present contempt petition is pre -poned from 13.7.2016 to today, and the same is taken on board.
(2.) The present contempt petition has been filed by Village Health Guide Association, praying that the respondents be punished for willful disobedience of the order dated 23.9.2013 passed by this Court
in S.B. CWP No. 4370/2012. The operative portion of the order dated 23.9.2013 passed in the above
said writ petition, reads as under: -
In view of the limited prayer made above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. If any representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same within a period of one month from the date of submission of representation as well as this order Mr. S.K. Gupta, the learned Addl. Advocate General appearing for the respondent no.2 has submitted that the representation has been filed by the Union stating therein that some of the members have not been paid honorarium. Mr. Gupta further submitted that the representation filed is vague, as no particulars and details of the members have been given. It is also not stated therein that which member had not been paid honorarium and he had worked at which place and for which period.
(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequently on the information sought by the respondents, he had furnished the list of the members giving their particulars.;
