Mohammad Rafiq, J. - (1.) Application No. 34321/2013 has been filed for taking legal representatives of Petitioner No. 1, Raghuveer Dutt, who expired on 27.05.2013.
(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No. 1 as mentioned in the application are taken on record. Amended Cause Title annexed with the application be taken on record.
