ARUN BHANSALI,J. - (1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-University to rectify the mark-sheet of the petitioner of IInd year, IIIrd year and IVth Year of BPT Course, while indicating her date of birth as 30.09.1985 and Registration No. A5P1606976.
(2.) It is, inter alia submitted in the writ petition that date of birth of the petitioner is 30.09.1985, which is apparent from the Secondary School Examination-2002 Certificate (Annex-1). The petitioner took admission with respondent No.1-University for her BPT Course while for the 1st year, the mark sheet indicates petitioner's date of birth as 30.09.1985 along with Registration No. A5P1606976, for the subsequent years the date of birth and the registration No. A5P1606979 and date of birth have been wrongly indicated as 09.03.1985 instead of Registration No. A5P1606976 and date of birth as 30.09.1985.
(3.) It is further submitted that despite repeated attempts made by the petitioner, the respondent-University has not corrected the dates in the mark-sheets and have not issued correct mark-sheets for the IInd year, IIIrd Year, IVth Year respectively.;
