SABINA,J. - (1.) Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14(A) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 575/2015 registered at Police Station Muhana, District Jaipur East, for offence under Section 363 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and after investigation filed charge sheet under sections 363, 366, 376 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3(1)(12), 3(2)(5) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
