ARUN BHANSALI, J. - (1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 30.01.2015 passed by the First Appellate Court, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner under Order 41, Rule 27 CPC has been rejected.
(2.) The petitioner filed a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction against the respondents; the suit was dismissed by the trial court.
(3.) Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner filed first appeal.;
