- (1.) Accused-respondent Arjun Singh has been produced in custody from Central Jail Jodhpur by Constables Jitendra Choudhary Belt No.1362 and Mukesh Kumar Belt No.1656. A bail application s 390 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of accused-respondent Arjun Singh.
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant-respondent and public prosecutor for the State on the bail application. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I think it just and proper to allow the bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Sec. 390 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that applicant Arjun Singh S/o Ranjeet Singh be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur for his appearance before this Court as and when called upon to do so.;
