- (1.) Since the question arises for consideration in these writ petitions is common, therefore, they were heard together and are being decided by this common order.
(2.) All these writ petitions have been filed by petitioners, who have been debarred from appearing in B.Ed. Examination on the ground that the Degree of Graduation obtained by them, on the basis of which they got admission, is not recognized equivalent to Graduation Degree of the University of Rajasthan.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that petitioner in Writ Petition No.10907/2015 did her B.A. Degree course from Rajasthan University and M.A. from Vinayaka Missions University, Tamilnadu, which is recognized by the UGC; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10875/2015 did his B.Sc. from Singhania University, Pacheri, District Jhunjhunu, which is recognized by the UGC; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10876/2015 did his B.Sc. from CMJ University, Meghalaya, which is recognized by the UGC; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10908/2015 did her B.Com. Degree course from University of Delhi and her M.Com. from Manav Bharti University, which is recognized by the UGC; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10909/2015 did her B.A. Degree course from Sridhar University, Pilani, District Jhunjhunu; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10910/2015 did his B.Com. Degree course from the from CMJ University, Meghalaya, which is recognized by the UGC, which is recognized by the UGC; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10911/2015 did her B.A. Degree course from the Singhania University, Pacheri Badi, Jhunjhunu; petitioner in Writ Petition No.10912/2015 did his B.Sc. Degree course from Jodhpur National University, which is recognized by the UGC.;
