JUDGEMENT
-
(1.) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that the respondent University be directed to re-evaluate the result of the petitioner while issuing revised mark-sheet and in the answer key of the Examination of P.G. Entrance Test (PGET) for admission in Part-I of Ayurveda Vachaspati/Dhanwantari-MD/MS (AY) for the session 2015-16, answer of the four questions be altered.
(2.) Briefly stated, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur had conducted PGET for admission to Part-I of Ayurveda Vachaspati/Dhanwantari-MD/MS (AY) for Session 2015-16. As per prospectus, students who had obtained Ayurvedacharya Degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) of University of Rajasthan, or Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur OR any equivalent examination recognized by Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur, were eligible to appear in the examination.
(3.) Mr. Vagish Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that following questions were not properly formulated and therefore, answer given in the answer key circulated by the University is wrong. It will be necessary here to cull out four questions bearing Nos. 94, 10, 34 and 2 qua which the controversy in the present writ petition resolve:-
