Banwari Lal Sharma, J. - (1.) Petitioner-accused has preferred this misc. petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C. and prayed for fair and impartial investigation in this matter by other agency like CID (CB).

(3.) On the above said report, FIR No. 267/2013 u/s 143, 341, 323, 447, 452, 379 and 427 IPC was registered and investigation commenced. The matter is still under investigation.;
