KANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA, J. - (1.) RAM Niwas s/o Data Ram, was tried for having committed murder of his co -villager having same name Ram Niwas s/o Maidhan, first informant complainant (P.W.6).
(2.) THE Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), No.2, Jhunjhunu vide impugned judgment dated 20th September, 2005 held appellant guilty of offence under Section 302 IPC.
(3.) THE said Court vide a separate order of even date, sentence the appellant as under : - For offence under Section 302 IPC : to undergo life imprisonment, and to pay a fine of Rs. 100/ -, and in default thereto, to further undergo fifteen days simple imprisonment. The present appeal has been instituted to assail the judgment of conviction, and order of sentence.;
