- (1.) Everyday when this case was listed before this Court, lawyers representing the parties have not appeared before the Court as Bar Association had decided to abstain from work.
(2.) On 26th February, 2014 this Court passed the following order : - "List on 28th February, 2014 on the top of the list." Similar was the position on 28th February, 2014 and following order was passed :- "Counsel representing the parties are not present. List on 3rd March, 2014 on the top of the list."
(3.) Same thing was repeated on 07th March, 2014 and 11th March, 2014.;
