- (1.) Misc. Application under Rule 147 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules, 1951 has been filed in DB Special Appeal No.1988/2014 seeking leave of this Court to prefer appeal against interim order passed by the ld. Single Judge impugned dt.27/11/2014 declining the present appellants, who are students of B.Sc. Nursing Part-I of the academic session 2013-14, from appearing in the final examination to be conducted by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences.
(2.) After hearing counsel for the parties on the misc. Application, we find that what is being prayed for, certainly needs indulgence of this Court.
(3.) Consequently, the misc. Application seeking leave of this Court stands allowed.;
