JUDGEMENT
K.S.RATHORE,J. -
(1.) The respondent No.2 issued an advertisement and invited applications from the candidates for training in Educational Institutions in various districts for BSTC course. The total seats for this course was 50 in District Institute of Educational Training at Sikar. The petitioner applied for admission in the training course of BSTC before the respondent No.3 against the reservation quota of Other Backward Classes.
(2.) On 20.12.2003, the respondent No. 3 issued a merit list category wise, but the petitioner's name did not find placed in the merit list.
(3.) The petitioner in para 7 of the writ petition categorically stated that the last cut-off merit of general female candidates was 73.87 while the petitioner was having 74.62% marks. The grievance of the petitioner is that less meritorious candidates have been given admission and the petitioner has been deprived of the admission.;
