(2.) Convict-Petitioner, Mohsin Khan @ Altaf Husain S/o Shri Chotu Luhar has preferred this parole writ petition through his brother, Salman Khan for grant of emergent parole on the ground that his mother, Smt. Salma Luhar W/o Chhote Khan has expired on 07.09.2013. He has also annexed a copy of death certificate of Smt. Salma Luhar.
(3.) Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, he has mentioned the name of mother of the petitioner as Smt. Javra Bano, instead of Smt. Salma Luhar in para-4 of the petition, but since it is an urgent matter, therefore, he prayed that he may be permitted to make necessary corrections in para-4 of the petition in the Court itself.;
