(2.) Intra Court appeal has been preferred as against order dated 08.11.2011 passed by the Single Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10676/2010.

Appellant preferred writ petition before Single Bench with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated on the application filed by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 before the Commissioner, Jagir and Khudkasht, Rajasthan, Jaipur. The Single Bench vide impugned order dated 08.11.2011 has dismissed the writ petition. Aggrieved thereby, the intra Court appeal has been preferred.;
