N.C.SHARMA,J. - (1.) Heard. The petitioner will appear before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No. 10, Jaipur City, Jaipur in criminal case no. 555/89. On 24th May 1991 and on his so appearing, the Judicial Magistrate will enlarge him on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 4,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 2,000/-each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate to appear before him on each and every date which may be fixed in the said criminal case against him.;
