VIJAY BISHNOI, J. - (1.) The matter comes upon for consideration of application preferred on behalf of the respondent-bank with the prayer for vacating ex parte interim order dated 02.03.2021 passed by this Court. The order read as under :-
(2.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court. Counsel for the petitioner has shown Annex.3 dated 21.3.2020 in which it is reflected that one time scheme (OTS) offer of Rs.17.50 Lacs was accepted by the respondents.
(3.) Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable within a period of four weeks.;
