NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA, J. - (1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.392/2019 Registered at Police Station Kotwali, Jaipur City (North) for the offence(s) under Section 382 IPC.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner(through video conference) submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since 03.02.2021. Charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and conclusion of trial will take long time.
(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.;
