SANDEEP MEHTA,J. - (1.) The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in relation to FIR No.22/2020, Police Station Parsoli, District Chittorgarh for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the IPC.
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
(3.) The petitioner is in judicial custody for the above offences which are magistrate triable. The previous cases registered against the petitioner are quite old and do not involve similar offences.;
