DINESH MEHTA, J. - (1.) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents, as they are not relieving him in spite of the fact that he has been selected for the post of Additional Chief Block Education Officer (hereinafter referred to as "ACBEO-II").

The precise facts relevant for the present purposes are that the petitioner, who was working as Principal in a Government School applied pursuant to applications invited to be posted in Mahatma Gandhi (English Medium) School vide advertisement dated 12.07.2020, issued by the respondent - Director (respondent No.2).
(3.) Before applying for Mahatma Gandhi School, he had already applied to be posted as ACBEO under the scheme floated by the respondent No.3 i.e. Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. The petitioner had given his option for ACBEO on 13.07.2020.;
