INDERJEET SINGH,J. - (1.) Heard on the stay application.
(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the same issue has already been considered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Star Nursing College v. State of Rajasthan and others (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.784/2021) wherein on 02.02.2021 the following order was passed- 'Learned counsel for the respondent- University, Mr. Gaurav Singh, submitted that reply to the writ petition has been filed on behalf of the respondent No. 3 - University and copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner-College.

Mr. Rahul Kamwar, learned counsel for the petitioner-College submitted that this Court may consider the prayer of interim relief in the present case, as the counselling process for the admission in B.Sc. Nursing Course has been started by the Rajasthan Unviersity of Health Science and as such, if prayer is not considered by this Court, the petition itself will become infructuous.;
