JUDGEMENT

Sandeep Mehta, J. - (1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the Challan papers.
(2.) IN this case, the prosecutrix has filed a complaint against the Petitioner on 21.09.2010. In the complaint, the prosecutrix herself claimed to be major and as per allegations made in the complaint, the prosecutrix was detained by the accused for a period of almost 20 days, and was also taken to Bhilwara and other different places. In view of these circumstances and looking to the fact that prosecutrix has claimed herself to be a major in her complaint as well as in her statement recorded under Section 161 Code of Criminal Procedure; and looking to the fact that she has stated that she has stayed with the accused Applicant for a period of almost 20 days and thereafter also, the complaint has been filed after nearly two months from the initial date of being taken away, so also, looking to the fact investigation has been completed, this Court is inclined to accept this bail application.
(3.) ACCORDINGLY , the bail application is allowed, it is directed that Applicant Ramlal S/o Balu, shall be released on bail in FIR No. 165/2010 at P.S. Bigod, District Bhilwara provided he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/ - along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/ - each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.;
