(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this writ petition with a prayer that the Respondents be directed to show answer sheets to the Petitioner of the subjects in which the Petitioner was declared fail in Senior Secondary(Science) Examination, 2011. Learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that in view of latest judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Respondents -Board is ready to show required answer sheets to the Petitioner.
(3.) AS agreed by Respondents, writ petition is allowed and the Respondents are directed to show answer sheets of subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Senior Secondary(Science) Examination, 2011 to the Petitioner within 15 days from today.;
