Narendra Kumar Jain, J. - (1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.
(2.) PETITIONERS preferred this writ petition with a prayer that Respondents be directed to declare the result of Petitioners of NCVT July, 2010 Examination. Learned Counsel for Petitioners submitted that although result of Petitioners of NCVT July 2010 Examination was declared, but Petitioner Nos. 1 to 21 and 31 & 32 got supplementary and they were allowed to appear in supplementary examination provisionally by interim order of this Court dated 19th January, 2011, therefore, Respondents may now be directed to declare the result of these Petitioners for their supplementary examination.
(3.) LEARNED Govt. Counsel submitted that so far as the prayer made in the writ petition about declaration of result of NCVT July 2010 Examination is concerned, the writ petition has become infructuous as the result had already been declared. He further submitted that so far as the result of supplementary examination of Petitioners as per interim order dated 19th January, 2011 is concerned, the same will be declared within a week, therefore, the writ petition may be disposed off.;
