JUDGEMENT
Dinesh Maheshwari, J. -
(1.) These five writ petitions, relating to similar nature issues and filed by the same petitioners, have been considered together; and are taken up for disposal by this common order.
(2.) These writ petitions have been filed against the similar nature orders passed by the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan at Ajmer ('the Board' / 'the Board of Revenue') declining the prayer made by the petitioners for transfer of cases. In four of these petitions (CWP Nos. 2669/2011, 2670/2011, 2671/2011 & 2672/2011), the petitioners seek to challenge the common order dated 04.03.2011 passed by the Board of Revenue rejecting four transfer applications moved by them for transfer of the appeals pending before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jodhpur to some other Court. In CWP No.2676/2011, the petitioners seek to challenge another order dated 07.03.2011 as passed by the Board of Revenue rejecting the prayer made by them for transfer of his suit pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Desuri to some other Court. In CWP No.2676/2011, the learned counsel for the petitioners has been permitted to carry out the amendment in the cause-title in the Court itself with deletion of name of respondent No.1 therein.
(3.) It is noticed from the orders impugned that the Board of Revenue found no justification to consider transfer of the cases after taking comments from the concerned Presiding Officers. In fact, in four of these matters relating to the appeals before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jodhpur, the Board of Revenue has also pointed out that earlier too, the petitioners got the matters transferred from one Court to another. The Board has found that in these cases there is no substantial ground to transfer the matters; and has made observations that the subordinate Courts should consider and decide the matters in accordance with law.;
