Ajay Rastogi, J. - (1.) COUNSEL for Respondent Ayurved Institute has brought to the notice of this Court that vide notification dt.22/04/2008, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 14(2) of Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the Central Government has notified 01st day of May, 2008 as the date on and from which provisions of Section 14(3) of the Act shall apply to the organizations including Respondent National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur - as a consequence whereof, orders passed by such Institute are appealable before Central Administrative Tribunal under the Act, 1985.
(2.) IN view of notification (supra), the matter is now to be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Central Administrative Tribunals Act,1985. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that matter be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jaipur Bench for further adjudication in view of notification (supra). Parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 17.10.2011. Registry is directed to transfer the file to tribunal(supra) alongwith a copy of this order. No. costs.;
