Sandeep Mehta, J. - (1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor.
(2.) LOOKING to the fact that the Petitioner is 70 years' old lady as per her arrest memo and the fact that allegations of demand of Rs. 30,000/ - soon before the death of Smt. Mamta, are against her husband; and that too for the purposes of construction of house, this Court is inclined to accept this bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed, it is directed that Applicant Smt. Kesar Devi W/o Hazari Ram, shall be released on bail in FIR No. 16/2011 at P.S. Mahila Thana, Bikaner provided she executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/ - along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/ - each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for her appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.;
