- (1.) Additional Advocate General Mr.RL Jangid is present on behalf of the appellants. None present for the respondent inspite of service.
(2.) This intra court appeal has been preferred as against the order dated 22.3.2007 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in CWP No.1419/2007. The Single Bench has relied upon the decision of Single Bench in the case of Chandra Mohan Singh. The said decision has been dealt with by the Division Bench of this Court in SAW No.208/2006 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs. Raniwas Porwal) and 41 other matters decided vide common order dated 13.12.2007. The case of the respondent is to be dealt with in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench on 13.12.2007.
