Sandeep Mehta, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No. 262/2009 of Police Station, Sardarpura, Jodhpur.
(2.) Assailing the F.I.R., counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has submitted that a bare reading of F.I.R. does not disclose commission of any offence. Moreover, the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged maliciously against the petitioners.
