JUDGEMENT

Govind Mathur, J. - (1.) BY an order dated 7.2.2010, the Petitioner was transferred from sub -centre Kejad, District Udaipur to Veterinary Hospital, Diver, District Rajsamand. Before giving effect to the order aforesaid an another order dated 25.10.2010 was passed whereby the Petitioner was posted at Sarada in district Udaipur. Subsequently, on 16.11.2010, the Petitioner was kept awaiting posting orders at Udaipur and then under an order dated 6.1.2011, he has been transferred to Veterinary Hospital, Diver, District Rajsamand.
(2.) IT is submitted by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer. I do not find any merit in the argument advanced.
(3.) THE Petitioner was transferred from Kejad to Diver on 7.2.2010, but admittedly effect was not given to the order aforesaid. The Petitioner then was posted at Sarada on 25.10.2010. It is relevant to note that Sarada is a place quite near to Kejad. The Petitioner then was kept awaiting posting orders at Udaipur. Ultimately, he has been transferred to Diver.;
