R.R. Yadav, J. - (1.) Heard the learned counsel for the accused applicants, Shri Gajanand Yadav as well as the learned Public prosecutor, Shri Rajendra Yadav assisted by Shri M.K. Kaushik.
(2.) Perused the material placed before me, including the post-mortem report.
(3.) According to the post-mortem report of medical board, the mode of death of Suresh Kumar is asphyxia. The cause of asphyxia could not be ascertained by the medical board and it is opined that after receipt of chemical examiner's report, it can be said that what is cause of asphyxia, which resulted in death of deceased Suresh Kumar.;
