- (1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the courts.
(2.) Heard Mr. Dheeraj Singhal, learned counsel for petitioner through Video Calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.
(3.) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by petitioners Ms. Archana Kumari & Mr. Sagar Gupta for a direction to the respondent to provide police protection.;
