- (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are working on the post of Consultant/Accountant/Project Associate/ Secretarially Assistant/ Office Messenger and further, some of the petitioners are posted at District Level as District Coordinator/District Project Assistant and at Block Level on the post of Block Coordinator as well as Block Coordinator Assistant.

Learned counsel submitted that the respondents for continuing the programme of National Nutrition Mission (for short "NNM") decided to invite tenders in the year 2018 and finally, an agreement dated 28.8.2018 was signed between Director Integrated Child Development Services cum SPD Poshan Abhiyan (NNM) with CIS Bureau Facility Services Private Limited.
(3.) Learned counsel submitted that all the petitioners have been employed through the said agency on contract basis and last extension of their service has been issued up to 27.8.2020 or till the new agency is appointed after finalizing the tenders floated by the employer.;
