- (1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to S.R.G. Hospital & Jhalawar Medical College to return the original documents to the petitioner upon submission of Demand Draft of Rs.5,00,000/-.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner after being declared successful in National Eligibility- cum-Entrance Test for Post Graduate (NEET PG - 2020), was assigned 33770 All India Rank.
(3.) The petitioner has pleaded that she had appeared in allotment process and counselling for online Post Graduate Medical/Dental seats conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (for short "MCC").;
