GOVERDHAN BARDHAR, J. - (1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
(2.) Brief facts of the case are that an FIR No.98/2020 was registered at Police Station, Head Central Office, Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur ACB Chowki Jaipur Rural (Raj.) for the offences mentioned therein against the accused petitioner. During the course of investigation, the accused petitioner was arrested. Thereafter he moved the bail application before the trial court, which vide impugned order dismissed the same. Hence this bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Counsel further submits that petitioner is not required for the purpose of any investigation. It is also contended that the accused petitioner is in judicial lockup since long and trial of the case is likely to take time, hence the accused petitioner be released on bail.;
