- (1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.130/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali Jhalawar, District Jhalawar (Raj.) for offence under Sections 341 , 323 , 504 , 307 & 34 IPC.
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet. It has been submitted that after investigation charge-sheet has been filed in this case against the petitioner and other co-accused for offences under Sections 307 , 341 , 323 , 324 and 504 / 34 IPC. Co- accused Danish Khan has been granted benefit of bail by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.05.2020. Petitioner's matter is not different from him. The allegation of causing injury by knife is against co-accused Vikky Yadav. Trial of the case will take time.
