Pankaj Bhandari,J. - (1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No. 628/2020 was registered at Police Station Kardhani, Jaipur (West), District Jaipur for offence under Section 302 of I.P.C.
(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that initially FIR was lodged under Section 302 IPC. Subsequently, police have found it to be case of rash and negligent driving. Charge-sheet has been filed. Conclusion of trial will take time.;
