(3.) F.I.R. No.250/2019 was registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Dholpur for offence under Sections 363 , 366-A I.P.C., later on charge sheet is filed for the offence under Section 363 , 366-A , 376-DA , 342 read with Section 109 IPC and Section 5(g), 6, 17 of POCSO Act.;
