- (1.) Defects pointed out by the Registry are waived.
(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is no more res integra inasmuch as the coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. (Petition) No.2723/2019 [Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan] and 12 other connected matters vide order dated 03. 02.2020 has allowed the criminal misc. petitions.
(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner.;
