INDERJEET SINGH, J. - (1.) Heard on the stay application.
(2.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: 'It is therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may please to allow the writ petition and by an appropriate writ, order and directions: (i) quash and set aside order dated 6.1.2020, (ii) direct the Trial Court to transfer the pending suit alongwith the application to this Hon'ble Court with immediate effect, (iii) any other order, relief of direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the petitioner.'?
(3.) Along with the writ petition the petitioner has filed the stay application seeking following interim relief:- 'it is therefore, humbly that the stay application may be allowed and operation of the order dated 6.1.2020 passed by the Rajasthan Commercial Court No. 2 (District Level) at Jaipur in Civil Suit No. 3/2018 may be stayed. It is further prayed that further proceedings in the Civil Suit No. 3/2018 be stayed during the pendency of the writ petition. Such further relief for which the petitioners are entitled may also be awarded.'? ;
