JUDGEMENT

- (1.) Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by Co-ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Jitnedra Singh Bamboriya Vs. Rajasthan Public Service Commission, SB Civil Writ Petition 3257/2020 wherein on 25.02.2020 following order was passed :- The petitioner by way of this writ petition challenges the action of the RPSC for calling few candidates of various categories for interview without declaring cut-off marks for the screening test conducted by them. Learned counsel submits that without declaring cut-off marks, the candidates could not have been called for interview as the petitioner would not know as to whether he ought to have been called or not. In RTI application moved, the RPSC has refused to give cut-off marks and stated that the candidates three times number of vacancies and having similar marks have been called on merit basis for interview. The candidates have been declared provisionally successful for the purpose of interview and the marks of the screening test shall be made available after the final result is declared and the selection process is completed. Issue notice of the writ petition as well as the stay application, returnable by 26th March, 2020. Copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. Nitin Jain, Advocate. He will take instructions and file reply. In the meanwhile, the RPSC is restrained from conducting interview for the post of Assistant Agriculture Research Officer without publishing the cut-off marks. List again on 26th March, 2020.
(2.) In that view of the matter issue notice to the respondent/s, returnable on 17.08.2020.
(3.) In the meanwhile, RPSC is restrained from conducting interview for the post of Assistant Agriculture Research Officer without publishing the cut off marks.;
