JUDGEMENT

Dinesh Mehta,J. - (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the controversy raised in the instant writ application stands resolved in view of the adjudication made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Vijay Kumar Sharma & Anr.Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ petition Number 1586/2011, decided on 6th August, 2014, observing thus: "In view of above, the writ petition succeeds and the same is allowed. Their appointments would relate back to the date the candidates below to them in order of merit, were appointed, and they would be entitled to draw their pay in the pay scale of Rs.4500-7000 along-with all usual admissible allowances under the Rules. They shall also be entitled for annual grade increments, selection scales and benefit of leaves etc.,from that date. The petitioners would, however, been titled to notional benefits for earlier period, although that they would be entitled to actual benefits of regular pay scale from the date they were appointed on probation and accordingly their pay fixation shall be made for the subsequent period. Compliance be made within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is placed before the respondents.
(2.) This also disposes of stay application."
(3.) It is further informed that even the intra-court appeal instituted by the State-respondents has also been declined.;
